A Single Ticket includes:
- 1 seat at our three-course dinner & program
- Access to silent auction and live auction
- Access to cocktail reception
All tickets will be tax-deductible. The exact amount will be provided at a later date. Please note, we will do our best to seat parties together, but we cannot guarantee it when purchasing over two tickets. If you are attending with a large group, we recommend becoming a Sponsor to ensure the best seating arrangement.

WELCOME
We are incredibly honored to welcome you to our gala, at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club!
TRANSPORTATION
In order to maintain the safety of Gala, all attendees MUST be transported onto the Mar-a-Lago grounds via shuttle.
HILTON PBI
All attendees MUST arrive at the Hilton PBI by 4:30PM, where you will check in with Mercury One staff and board transportation to Mar-a-Lago!
HOW TO ENTER
All attendees MUST bring their cell phone, as Mar-a-Lago security will need to scan a QR code that will be provided later.
We encourage everyone to charge their phones before the event. Entrance will not be allowed to anyone who is unable to provide the QR code.

There will be a three-course meal taking place during the main event.
Before You Arrive:
Here is information to know before “The American Journey Experience Gala” at Mar-a-Lago on Wednesday, December 3rd. Please send this information to everyone in your party. If you have any specific questions or concerns, please email [email protected].
Share your personal cell phone number with Mercury One.
- Please make sure you have shared your personal cell phone number with Mercury One. You MUST have your cell phone with you at the event. We recommend keeping your phone charged before getting to check in at 4pm.
- A QR Code will be provided to you 24-48 hours before the gala via text message from the USSS. This QR Code will be your access pass to the event, and you MUST have your phone readily available to present to the USSS at the security check point.
Send your legal name that is reflected on your Driver’s License (no nicknames) to Mercury One.
- All attendees must present their IDs to the Mercury One staff at check-in and to the USSS at the security checkpoint. Please make sure to have your ID on your person and easily accessible!
- Please make sure that you send your legal name to Mercury One in advance, so that the name we turn in to the USSS matches what is on your ID. Nicknames will not work when checking in.
Send any dietary restrictions or ADA accommodations to Mercury One.
- Please make sure to communicate if you have any dietary needs/allergies so the Mar-a-Lago catering staff can accommodate the needs.
- If you or anyone in your party needs any ADA accommodations, please let us know. There is an alternate entrance route for anyone in a wheelchair.

If you are traveling, We have room blocks available under “Mercury One and The American Journey Experience” for the following hotels:
- Hilton PBI - 150 Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Mercury One and The American Journey Experience have rooms blocked at Hilton PBI.
- Hilton West Palm Beach – 600 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. Mercury One and The American Journey Experience have rooms blocked at Hilton West Palm Beach. The Hilton PBI will be our bus pick up spot for the event.

Gift Shop and Silent Auction
- The Mar-a-Lago gift shop will open during the reception and is the perfect place to purchase Christmas gifts and souvenirs. It will close for our main event and will not reopen at the end of the gala. If you would like to make a purchase, please make sure to visit the shop upon your arrival!
- You can also shop for Christmas gifts for you and your loved ones at The American Journey Experience Silent Auction! We will have once-in-a-lifetime experiences, collectables, and gifts available for you to bid on. The auction will go live on November 24th. Items will be on display at the entrance of the ballroom throughout the evening and may be picked up at the same location at the conclusion of the event.
Parking, Check-In & Shuttle Busses.
- Check In: Check in and registration will open at 4:00 PM on December 3rd at Hilton PBI: 150 Australian Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33406.
- Shuttle: We will be shuttling every attendee to Mar-a-Lago. Personal vehicles are not allowed at the Mar-a-Lago property for this gala. All shuttles are complementary to gala attendees and you do not need to reserve a spot on the bus.
- Parking: When you arrive at Hilton PBI, please be on the lookout for Mercury One team members and signage guiding cars to the correct hotel parking lot.
- Boarding: You will need to enter the hotel to check-in with the Mercury One team. We will have a waiting area with refreshments available after you’ve checked in and are waiting to board the busses.
Security
- The U.S. Secret Service will be doing a security check before entry into Mar-a-Lago. No firearms, pocketknives, or weapons of any kind are permitted. Please do not bring any of these items with you on the shuttle or into the event.
